Position: Spanish Daily Banking Customer Support SpecialistIndustry: American Global Banking and Financial Services

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Salary: Highly Negotiable for a Big Global Firm
Schedule: Rotational Schedule
Days Off: 2 days per week

What are the qualifications:
- Filipino who can communicate in Spanish (Conversational to Fluent)
- Open to college undergraduates (completed at least 2nd year), associate degree holders, and graduates
- No work experience required / Open to career shifters
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Open to candidates willing to undergo training for Customer service
- Foreign nationals with permanent residency in the Philippines may also apply
What will be your Job responsibilities:
- Answer very basic inquiries of customers via email, Chat or phone
- Assist customers of requirements in opening a bank account
- Answer customers about bank’s daily operations hours
- Give answers about banks operating on weekends
- Work as General Helpdesk for Banking Customers
