Muntinlupa - Warehouse Personnel (Quezon City)
Job Summary
The Warehouseman is tasked by the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Team Leader to engage in the storage, movement and/or transfer activities of stocks inside the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Assists Warehouse Supervisor and Receiving Staff to receive and to check the items quantity, description, lot number and expiration date based on the delivery receipt;Ensures that the items received are properly stored in accordance with internal guidelines and regulation and compliance to GDSP;
Displays and arranges items properly in a particular order with respect to rack (storage) location, product classification, item description, lot number, and expiration. Implements “First Expiry, First Out” (FEFO) at all times;
Coordinates with the Stock Movement Controller and Stock Transfer Clerk for the transfer of stocks;
Responsible for sorting and placing items on pallets and/or in bins for transferring stocks from PW1 up to PW5 to Pick and Pack area;Ensures the correctness of the quantity of stocks (system inventory vs. actual inventory).
Uses and operates Jack Lift carefully;Operates Fork Lift only when authorized by the Management;
- Drives the Fork Lift on the allowable speed limit;
- Follows standard procedures in operating the Fork Lift;
- Follows safety procedures in operating the Fork Lift;
Prepares bulk order of customer for Wholesale and Modern Trade;
Follows and dons required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while inside the Warehouse;
Ensures cleanliness of the warehouse at all times including tools and equipment use;
Maintains records of all inbound and outbound items;
Complies with company policies and perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and the management.
As Checker
Inspects and counts all items prepared by Warehouseman;Ensures correctness of all items according to quantity and item details indicated in the Transfer Form;
Checks as many items according to the demands of Pick and Pack;
Works with the Stock Transfer Clerk in ensuring the completeness of the order;
Others
Supports the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and Supervisor and Operations Manager in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, quality management, and in the Employee’s Handbook; and
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and Supervisor & Operations Manager.

At least High School Graduate
