The company operates two rapidly scaling ventures and is seeking a systems-oriented leader to serve as the operational architect behind their growth.
Position Overview:
This is not a typical operations role. The Senior Operations Manager will be the sole owner of all internal systems and workflows, responsible for building, optimizing, and executing critical operations across two core businesses. You'll manage everything from Airtable-based student lifecycle processes to healthcare compliance onboarding and documentation, while designing the architecture that supports scalable, compliant growth.This role requires a self-starter with advanced technical know-how and a builders mindset who can thrive in a solo capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- EdTech Operations:
- Own and optimize the Airtable CRM:
- Execute re-matching workflows between students and advisors; draft clear communications and manage updates.
- Serve as primary contact for student/advisor operational inquiries.
- HealthTech Operations:
- Manage new client onboarding end-to-end:
- Lead healthcare compliance systems: maintain frameworks, track regulatory adherence.
- Coordinate national physician license renewals with 3rd-party vendors.
- Maintain partner compliance deliverables (CME submissions, credential files, etc.).
- Research and advise on Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) constraints in regulated states.
- Cross-Functional Systems & Process Ownership:
- Conduct audits and re-engineer operational workflows for efficiency and scale.
- Design and implement automation using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Maintain and scale a structured knowledge base of SOPs, contracts, and compliance documents.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of operations management experience, ideally across multiple domains.
- Expert-level Airtable skills: building complex bases, automations, and interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with property management software (LeadSimple, AppFolio, PropertyMeld).
