JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as the accurate management of the Server/database. This role ensures compliance with DOLE labor laws and government regulations while providing strategic guidance and support to employees across multiple sites. The position also Assist HR Teams in the execution of HR operations and collaborates closely with management to enhance HR processes and policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating company policies to ensure DOLE compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Employee Relations: Acting as a mediator for conflict resolution, handling disciplinary procedures, and conducting investigations.
• Supervise and administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee Server/database, ensuring timely and accurate updates of employee records and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Teams and employees across Bulacan, Cebu, and Davao Warehouse offices.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Stay updated on DOLE labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
• At least 2–5 years’ experience in DOLE Cases, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willing to work at BGC Office.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
