Primary Role:
Responsible for the smooth execution of sales and operational strategies, ensuring excellence in guest experience through strict monitoring of compliance with daily operational and sales processes, as well as established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies tailored to the international market.
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure sales and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with local regulations.
- Forecast sales and operational performance.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and the operational capabilities of the resort.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership. Utilize KPIs to monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required. Some higher-level roles may prefer a master's degree.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer service
- Strong negotiation and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues.
