POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Inventory Officer shall be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensures that all items inside the warehouse are properly accounted for. He/she must also assist the Inventory Assistant Manager on the analysis, reports preparation and presentation of results for all inventory-related issues and shall be able to recommend improvements.

Ideal candidate shall possess excellent attention to details, analysis skills, and the ability to produce visual reports and monitoring. Strong background in inventory monitoring and reconciliation is a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Must be a college graduate.
Must have extensive knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel.
Must have a solid experience in data analysis. (PIVOT Table, Power BI)
Responsible in controlling the movements warehouse items/inventory day by day.
Must meet the 100% inventory accuracy at all times.
Must perform daily cycle count.
Responsible on FG inventory per store, IB# or per clusters.
Responsible on submission of reports everyday to Immediate Heads.
