SALES EXECUTIVE

 A.  PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The duties of a Sales Executive is to generate gross profitability of the company, uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services, clearly communicating the expectations of Sales and Marketing of the company, keen in decisions and guided by policies, procedures and business plan.

Ultimately, responsible for generating sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.

 B.  Key Responsibility Area
  1. To build business through recognizing prospects and selling to them.
  2. To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients.
  3. To create new business opportunities that will result company growth.
  4. To achieve sales target and company objectives.
 C.  Key Performance Indicator
  1. Evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry.
  2. Research about different sales options and analyzing them.
  3. Sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects.
  4. Develop detailed territory plan.
  5. Manage account management and expansion activities.
  6. Recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients.
  7. Provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
  8. Recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of client’s profits and losses.
  9. Study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
  10. Identify market and customer trends and monitor competitor activity.
  11. Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
  12. Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made.
  13. Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  14. Review self sales performance with a view to improve it.
  15. Conduct actual prospect visitation to promote the product and services.
  16. Process of purchase order from converted accounts.
  17. Manage and monitor account receivables from existing clients.

Skills and Abilities required:

  1. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Have experience in sales organization and planning.
  3. Wide knowledge in problem analysis and problem-solving.
  4. Perceptive thru information management.
  5. Willing to work as a team player and / or a leader.
  6. Must have formal presentation skills.
  7. Can establish persuasiveness.
  8. Fast learner and adaptability.
  9. Must be innovative.
  10. Have a good and proper judgment
  11. Keen in decision-making
