I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Precisely complete all paper work connected with the delivery before the scheduled travel
- Ensure timely transport of products/ orders to areas where they are needed as instructed by supervisor or the manager
- Guarantee that products/orders are protected and secured
- Answer clients’ inquiries
- Ensure that assigned vehicle is clean at all times
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
- Report any instance of damage, mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor
- Perform daily maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle
- Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
III. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education- High School level or with equivalent experience
- Preferably with at least 2-year experience
With Valid Driver’s License
Other Skills- Excellent driving skills
