We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in the CDO Site. Candidates must be at least HS/SHS graduates and preferably have at least 6 months of Customer Care Experience, although freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through calls, chats, or emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • At least HS/SHS graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE)
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro on shifting schedules
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary Package
  • ₱16,850 – No BPO Experience / Freshers
  • ₱19,000 – 6 to 11 months CCE
  • ₱21,000 – 12 months and above CCE
