We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in the CDO Site. Candidates must be at least HS/SHS graduates and preferably have at least 6 months of Customer Care Experience, although freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through calls, chats, or emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction in every interaction

Qualifications:

At least HS/SHS graduate
Preferably with at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE)
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro on shifting schedules
Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary Package

₱16,850 – No BPO Experience / Freshers
₱19,000 – 6 to 11 months CCE
₱21,000 – 12 months and above CCE
