We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in the CDO Site. Candidates must be at least HS/SHS graduates and preferably have at least 6 months of Customer Care Experience, although freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through calls, chats, or emails.This is a full onsite position with competitive salary packages ranging from ₱16,850 to ₱21,000 depending on experience, plus relocation assistance for qualified applicants outside CDO. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction in every interaction
Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE)
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro on shifting schedules
- Freshers are welcome to apply

- Assist customers with billing, technical, and account concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain quality service and achieve performance metrics
- Document customer interactions in the system
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE)
- Freshers are welcome to apply

- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer navigation knowledge
- ₱16,850 – No BPO Experience / Freshers
- ₱19,000 – 6 to 11 months CCE
- ₱21,000 – 12 months and above CCE
