Security Manager

S/He shall maintain a worry-free environment for customers and employees of RA/JV Stores.

• Ensure strict enforcement of company standards, policies and procedures.
• Respond to all kinds of incident except for sales-related issues.
• Conduct random CCTV review to ensure that standards are adhered to all the time.
• Ensure that clearing activities and spot checks are executed as per standards, and review post activity reports.
• Ensure the implementation of security plan for stores and during special activities / events.
• Conduct investigation, execute loss prevention measures, and provide necessary recommendation/s and/or interventions to minimize if not zero-out losses and disruptions.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the CRS higher-ups.

• Observe proper standard incident response/s and ensure adherence of CRS and security personnel to emergency preparedness activities.
• Support and implement the security and safety program of the store/s.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Managers, Officers and external counterparts to ensure smooth execution of the program.

• Direct the proper and effective utilization of CCTV and alarm systems in the store/s and immediately act on reports about its defects or non-functionality.
• Review, analyze and recommend enhancement/s to the existing security guard force management system.
• Assess and recommend interventions, if necessary, on local situations for trending incident categories and potential disruptive events.
• Implement standards of Access Control & Profiling systems.

• Conduct screening and initial interview of applicants.
• Orient, train and develop CRS and security personnel in the store/s.
• Build talent thru Individual Development Plan, recommend appropriate employee recognition, and implement consequence management policy.

Key Qualification:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years managerial experience in Security Management in Retail industry
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (SO 2)
• Knowledge in latest trend in Guard Force Management, Loss Prevention & Physical Security
• Strong network with government security forces and other security counterparts
• Proficient in MS Office
