Head of Credit & Collections

We’re hiring a Head of Credit & Collections to own that mission end-to-end.

• Set the rules. Publish & refresh our Credit & Collections Policy, authority matrix and IFRS 9 models – you approve limits up to ₱3 M and chair the Credit Committee for bigger bets.
• Drive the cash. Hit DSO, bad-debt % and collection-efficiency targets through smart routing of field collectors, disciplined dunning cadences, and ROI-positive use of external agencies.
• Build the dashboards. Sponsor credit blocks, ageing reports and AI late-payment scores in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; deliver the weekly Receivables Scorecard for C-suite review.
• Lead the team. Coach a lean crew of Credit-Risk and Collections managers, analysts and collectors spread across five depots nationwide.
• Protect the brand. Enforce AMLA/KYC, Data-Privacy and sanction screening while preserving long-term customer relationships.

• 8–12 years of progressive credit & collections leadership, handling at least ₱1 B in receivables.
• Track record cutting DSO or bad-debt by ≥ 20 % (or recovering ₱50 M+ of aged A/R).
• Hands-on with SAP, Oracle or ideally Microsoft Dynamics BC plus Power BI.
• Deep working knowledge of Philippine Civil Code, VAT / EWT rules, AMLA and Data-Privacy Act.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or RMA/BAIPHIL credit-risk certification preferred.
• Negotiator, coach and data-driven change-agent all in one.
