Executive Assistant (Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer)

About the Role

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare project reports, quotations, proposals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and material deliveries.
• Maintain and organize project documents, contracts, and records.
• Assist in site visits, project inspections, and progress monitoring when required.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Help track project costs, billing requirements, and procurement requests.
• Perform research and analysis to support management decisions.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling software is an advantage.
