About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Staff member to join TL Sales and Management Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Warehouse Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, contributing directly to our company's efficiency and customer satisfaction.Your work will be essential to maintaining our inventory management systems, order fulfillment processes, and overall logistics operations.
Key responsibilities- Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system
- Organizing and storing products in designated locations following established warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure data accuracy
- Labelling and sorting products to ensure proper identification and easy retrieval
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized and free from hazards in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Loading and unloading vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Assisting with warehouse relocations, reorganizations and special projects as required
- Reporting any damage, discrepancies or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong foundational skills
- Physical capability to perform manual handling duties, lift heavy items regularly, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software
- Commitment to health and safety standards and adherence to warehouse protocols
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by warehouse operations
- Willing to be under Agency
