Senior QA Automation Engineer

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fi eld.
• 5+ years in Software Testing and Quality Engineering, heavily focused on code-driven UI and API automation.
• Full-stack testing expertise, seamlessly validating both frontend web applications and complex backend systems.

• Strong programming chops in modern OOP or functional languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, C#) to build robust automation from scratch.
• Architectural mindset for designing scalable test frameworks (like Page Object Model) and developing reusable, custom programmatic components.
• Deep data & API validation, automating complex checks across REST APIs and deep database integrations (SQL or NoSQL).
• CI/CD & version control mastery, expertly navigating advanced Git workfl ows and integrating code-driven test suites directly into deployment pipelines.
• Performance testing experience using programmatic frameworks to validate system latency and scalability under load.

• Strategic QE leadership in fast-paced environments, driving overarching automation strategy as a QA/Tech Lead.
• Comprehensive test planning, covering functional, regression, integration, and non-functional validation.
• Compliance & Agile knowledge, navigating enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS), audit-ready traceability, and Agile defect tracking (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Exceptional communication & mentoring, bridging the gap between QA, engineering, and product teams during defect triage and planning.

• Early adopter mindset, eager to learn new skills and leverage AI-assisted workfl ows to accelerate engineering processes.
• GenAI & ML validation expertise, with hands-on experience in LLM & RAG evaluation, hallucination detection, and model drift monitoring.
• Agentic AI integration, experienced in utilizing MCP servers and AI agents to enhance QA workfl ows

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements.
• Architecting, designing and implementing a reliable and scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform.
• Automating tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met.
• Ensuring high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Providing technical and group leadership to fellow team members
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI/ML-driven enhancements to QA workfl ows and automation strategies
• Build and shape AI‑powered QA systems: Work on AI‑augmented quality engineering where intelligent systems assist with test generation, prioritization, and analysis—while engineers provide judgment, validation, and quality leadership.
