Project Objective:
Design a domain-driven Enterprise Data Model (EDM) that establishes standardized enterprise-wide data definitions, structures, and governance foundations.
The engagement covers:
- Conceptual, logical, and physical data model design
- Master data and golden record specifications
- Metadata standards and governance alignment
- Source-to-target mapping and transformation logic
- Customer 360 and hyper-personalization data model design
