Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and encoding production data from the Dressing Plant. This role supports operations and accounting by ensuring accurate and timely reporting in SAP, identifying production issues, and providing actionable insights for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, production monitoring, or accounting-related work
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and other reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and manage daily production reports in SAP system
• Communicate production status and highlight discrepancies to management
• Generate and summarize production performance reports
• Evaluate issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Support process improvements to maintain production accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and implement standard reporting procedures
