IT Project Manager/Business Analyst - Olongapo

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate communication between business users and development teams
Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement or automation
Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, user stories, workflows, and project reports
Manage risks, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships

Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and user expectations

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
At least 3–5 years of combined experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and business process mapping
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar

PMP, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus
