Olongapo - Client Service Coordinator - Australian Accounting Firm (Remote from Pampanga)

We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team remotely (work from home!) on a full-time basis. The role will be assisting the Associate Partners and the wider accounting team and will require someone who is self-motivated, uses their initiative and has strong organisational skills.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years minimum of work experience for an Australian accounting firm.
• Have a secure and reliable internet connection with minimal power outages in your area
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and your team
• Have the ability to work both independently and autonomously
• Have your own reliable laptop or computer
• Would suit a recent Accounting graduate

• Onboarding & offboarding clients
• ATO Correspondence through ATO Mate
• Liaising with ATO
• ASIC Forms - Prepare & follow up payment reminders
• Liaise with ASIC regarding company details/changes
• Lodge BAS & Tax Returns through Xero Tax
• Ethical Clearance letter drafting
• Other administrative tasks, including document management, and answering client queries via email

A bit about you:

• Loves deadlines, systems, tech, to-do list and getting things done.
• Minimum 2 years in Australian public practice accounting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player”
• Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
• Common sense approach to tasks
