Job Responsibilities

Coordinates transfer team for transport of heavy, medium and light equipment
Handles rentals of heavy equipment, scheduling of equipment hauling, and general clerical duties.
Manages lease of heavy equipment, Inventory, Dispatch, Insurance, Revenue Reports, and permits.
Coordinates the rental and transportation group of heavy equipment with project engineers.
Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area in particular maximize heavy equipment usage
Reviews equipment requisitions in line with construction requirement
Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
Manages effective utilization of heavy equipment vehicle assets.
Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of heavy equipment's through regular inspections
Updates and submits required reports (Equipment Utilization Report, Income vs Expense Summary etc..) in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications

BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate
At least one (1) year of experience in mechanical maintenance and/or heavy equipment operations but goal-driven Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Familiarity and working knowledge of equipment usage and how equipment is operated
Preferably with Driver's License and knows how to drive light vehicle
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
