What you'll be doing- Coordinate and schedule sales visits and customer meetings for the sales team
- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations and generating reports
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve sales processes and drive efficiencies
- Provide excellent customer service and be a brand ambassador for Super Candy Corporation
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
