Location: Tourism Road, Brgy Catangnan General Luna Surigao Del Norte

Key Responsibilities

Review daily revenue reports from all departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa, etc.)
Verify room revenue, occupancy reports, and rates charged to guests
Audit cashier reports, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Ensure all transactions are correctly posted in the Property Management System (PMS)
Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in revenue records
Prepare daily revenue reports for management review
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with Front Office and Accounting teams for corrections or clarifications
Monitor internal controls to prevent fraud or errors
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
