Job Description

1. First Level IT Support

• Reviewing and filling internal help request and monitoring computer performance for potential problems.
• Accept calls from end users, perform initial troubleshooting (Head Office, Outlet and Remote Offices) and relay information to Technical Specialist
• Knowledgeable on IT equipment’s, peripherals and parts
• Provide organization with day-to-day computer support such as installing of basic software and providing updates

1. Administrative Task

• Tracking computer-related orders and bills
• Maintaining license documentation and upgrades
• Inventory of IT related peripherals and software licenses
• Composes and prepares written documentation and processes for the office, screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate.

1. Programming Support

• Provide support related to programming (product codes and promos)
• Gathers and updates programming records and databases as appropriate.

1. Other Duties:

• Provide updates and weekly reports on the status of reported problems and concerns from end users
• Test application programs for various hardware and software versions for compatibility.

1. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Degree holder related to the position IT
• With at least 1 year or more work experience related to hardware
• Willing to travel
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
• Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required
