Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative is focused on field sales activities and on-ground promotions within Metro Manila, targeting potential OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) customers.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct field sales activities and on-ground promotions to reach potential OFW customers.
- Introduce and explain loan products to customers; assist with credit applications.
- Generate qualified leads and support customer conversion.
- Develop and expand offline acquisition channels (agencies, walk-in locations).
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handovers and successful loan applications.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the team.
- Experience in loans, financial services, or OFW-related sales preferred.
- Background in field sales, roadshows, or direct selling is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
