The DST Associate is responsible for assisting the DST Officer in the efficient and accurate administration of the company’s time and attendance. This position is responsible for processing timekeeping requests of employees and generating routine database reports for compensation and benefits administration purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SAP ESS/MSS- Monitor all timekeeping activities of employees under the SAP-ESS/MSS.
- Facilitate SAP ESS/MSS orientation and/or re-orientation to new hire and old employees.
- Validate VR attendance record dumped in SAP such as overtime, tardiness, under time, leave not required, etc.
- Verify completeness of attendance and hours worked in Time Statement prior payroll processing.
- Plotting of the weekly schedules submitted by the Department Head to ensure time and attendance matching.
- Communicate with Department Heads, Clinic Management and Deployment and Scheduling any attendance discrepancies.
- Transact attendance record adjustments to reconcile with all payroll disputes.
- Attend and resolve all employees' timekeeping concerns and queries.
- Maintain back-up documentation of all time statements records per cut-off, including all manual leave applications filed, to ensure back-track data collection relevant to previous timekeeping transactions.
- Generate timekeeping reports such leave balances, AWOL records, tardiness records, undertime among others that is relevant in the criteria for Career Advancement and Perfect Attendance.
- Compute and tag leave accruals of employees due for regularization.
- Provide assistance during Career Advancement validation.
- Provide support to C&B staff in the basement in case of timekeeping related inquiries.
- College graduate of a four (4) year course, preferably of any of the following courses: Psychology, Human Resources Management
- At least one (1) year experience in Timekeeping or Compensation and Benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient skills level in G-Suite application, MSOffice applications (i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in timekeeping and compensation and benefits administration
- Works effectively with a team
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Organized and has great attention to details
- Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situation
