JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a seamless transition into the organisation
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Payroll preparation and address employee concerns related to compensation and administering statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave entitlements, and performance management
  • Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee data management
  • Ensure that all financial documents are compliant with tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit tax reports and filings (e.g., VAT, sales tax, payroll taxes) promptly.
  • Payments for Bureau of Internal Revenue through EFPS system, Ebir System and/or Manual Filing during system downtime
  • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end tax filings and audits.
