PRODUCTION PLANNING STAFF

Job summary:

Responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient production operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure raw material availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in demand.
• Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and efficiency.
• Responsible for tracking inventory levels and placing orders for commonly used consumables in production.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel functions.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
