INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Location: Mandaue City, CebuPerks and Benefits: HMO, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Company Uniform, Sick and Vacation leave credits
Rest Day Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Wall-to-Wall & Cycle Count Inventory Management- Lead and supervise wall‑to‑wall physical inventory counts for all stores and DCs.
- Reconcile physical counts against system records with 100% validation and documentation accuracy.
- Review variance results, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective action plans.
- Monitor all inventory adjustment requests and validate accuracy prior to posting.
- Ensure 100% on‑time monthly reports, postings, and variance monitoring
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance for every adjustment/transaction.
- Conduct quarterly visits to stores and DCs to review processes, shortage control, and adherence to policies.
- Identify control gaps and ensure immediate corrective actions.
- Reinforce operational safety, documentation, and process compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience- Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in inventory control, auditing, supply chain, or finance.
- Experience in retail or distribution operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems (SAP/ERP experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of JDA MMS (Merchandise Management System) for inventory transactions, validations, and stock movement monitoring
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Supply Chain, Financial Management, or related field.
