Sales & Marketing Associate

Sales & Marketing Associate supports the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals and objectives. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, market research, and direct interaction with clients and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong communication skills to help drive the company’s growth.

• Establishes and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Identify all government organizations, hospital, and/or group businesses and may be able to set an appointment to market the brand and its pre-need life plan.
• Build partnership with hospitals, corporations and government institutions
• Continuous coordination with Top Agents in securing clients for pre-need and at-need services
• Help in improving overall sales operations and processes targeting every communities
• Conduct market research on places situated on different areas in Metro Manila to determine market requirements for existing and future funeral/memorial products/services and establish target markets with focus on each communities.
• Performs analysis on the result of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information and creates a sustainable competitive edge.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and engage with the online community. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products to promote to people in-need from different sorts
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Create an accomplishment report that will be submitted to the management.
• Proactively visits new and existing partnered hospitals, companies and organizations to assist on their requirements related to the industry
• Able to produce and sell pre-need plans (individual or group) to target clienteles
• Coordinates with COO on companywide marketing events that promotes Cosmopolitan Memorial Group of Companies rapport.
• Performs other tasks and functions, as may be assigned by the Management.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate or with previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related role preferred.
