Client Details
Our client is a growing recruitment and software engineering services business that helps companies build high-performing teams and deliver critical technical projects. They provide a range of services across talent acquisition, workforce support, branding, design and software development solutions, with a focus on quality, reliability, and practical outcomes tailored to each client's needs.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior General Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our client remotely and play a key role in building a stronger, more scalable recruitment function.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role for a recruiter who can work across a wide range of positions and business functions, not just one niche. You will be responsible for delivering strong hiring outcomes across roles such as sales, marketing, administration, customer support, operations, recruitment, finance, and other business functions as needed.
More importantly, this role is not just about filling jobs. You will be instrumental in helping to set up, improve, and streamline the recruitment process so it runs with greater consistency, speed, quality, and professionalism as the business grows.
We are looking for someone who knows how to deal confidently with business owners, directors, and senior management, and who can represent the business well at every stage of the hiring process. You must be polished, highly presentable, commercially aware, and able to communicate in strong, professional English suited to the Australian market.
You should be capable of running the recruitment process end to end, from briefing and sourcing through to screening, shortlisting, coordination, candidate management, and placement support. You should also be able to build trust with both clients and candidates, nurture relationships over time, and help generate repeat recruitment opportunities through strong service delivery.
This role will suit someone who is proactive, organised, credible with senior stakeholders, and confident managing multiple searches across different functions without losing quality. We do not want a passive coordinator. We want a sharp recruiter who can think, communicate, improve process, and help build a recruitment engine that supports future growth.
