What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase our residential developments effectively
- Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts, paperwork, and other documentation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and promotional strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, pricing, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the residential sales team through your dedication and performance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high level of client satisfaction
- Proficient in the use of real estate software and technology tools
