• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MSP environments or IT operations, with hands-on exposure to PSA and RMM platforms
• Strong experience managing MSP tools, including PSA (e.g., Autotask) and RMM platforms (e.g., N-central, Addigy)
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, including working with CSV/JSON data formats and webhook handling
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, with proven experience in automation and task optimization
• Solid understanding of endpoint, network, and security systems within managed services environments
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows across MSP tools and platforms
• Familiarity with security and monitoring tools, including SIEM/SOAR platforms and endpoint protection solutions
• Experience with identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta) and network security tools (e.g., SonicWall)
• Exposure to Autotask workflows, N-able ecosystem, and SentinelOne tuning is highly preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical processes clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-driven and automation-first mindset
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize endpoint, network, DNS, and identity security systems. Tune detection and response workflows and manage Okta SSO and access policies.

• Design and optimize alerting strategies, reduce alert noise, improve signal quality, and align monitoring with SLA requirements.

• Develop cross-platform automation workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and APIs. Enable self-healing systems and automated remediation to reduce manual workload.

• Build API and webhook integrations, ensure accurate data flow across platforms, and optimize PSA workflows for efficiency and consistency.

• Own and manage MSP platforms including Autotask, Auvik, Addigy, N-central, SentinelOne, SonicWall NSM, DNSFilter, AutoElevate, NodeZero, MSPbots, CloudRadial, MSPintegrations, Scalepad, and Okta. Maintain policies, templates, and standards while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Standardize onboarding and operational workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain clear technical documentation.

• Enhance client experience through CloudRadial optimization and lifecycle management using Scalepad.

• Assess, implement, and recommend improvements to the MSP tool stack to enhance performance and scalability.

• Drive measurable outcomes including reduced manual workload and alert noise, increased automation coverage, improved MTTD/MTTR, high platform uptime, and strong data accuracy.
