Focus on Underwriting in Reinsurance by Providing proper administration such as Policy issuance, preparation of reports and taking charge in safeguard of all Reinsurance Files. Assist in developing new partners which helps to ensure new business accounts.
Consistent communication from existing partners and new prospects to be able to achieve assigned target budget. Closely Monitoring of renewal accounts, Closing Binder Warranty and Premium Payments.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop New Reinsurance Partners and Continues communication with existing producer - Consistent communication to existing producer and new prospect through email, Telephone and zoom.
- Review of RI Sources New and Renewal account sources - Monitoring of Renewal Accounts. Closing Binder Warranty – Assist in Monitoring and Follow up to each intermediaries once CBW has lapsed. Proper administration such as preparation of Reports.
- Maintenance and In charge on safeguard of All Underwriting Files and Documents – Registries, Binder Policies and Payments and other files to be manage. Filling of Binder Policies. Booking and Issuance of Binder policies on record Registry and System. Closely monitoring with Sales Team on the provided closing binders provided by Intermediaries.
- Administer day-to-day Inward Offer requests from each Producers (New and Renewal Acct). - Assist in Ensuring prompt response related with producer`s concerns related to request Offers, endorsement, CBW and PPW. Assist on sending of recommendation and expedite approval to underwriter.
- Coordinate with Claims Dept. for the claims filled by client or intermediary - Provide necessary UW informations like closing binder and policy schedule.
- Handling Outward Facultative Reinsurance Placements - Preparation of Placement slips and binders. In charge of seeking RI Support to various. Reinsurers and Partners for accounts that needed Facultative support, making follow ups thru email and calls/text. Ensures that all accounts being ceded is properly recorded on the Outward Tracker/Registry.
