Order Specialist

• Handle order fulfillment for assigned regular clients from confirmed order to release or delivery.
• Process and validate confirmed orders by checking accuracy of items, quantities, pricing, and required documents to prevent fulfillment errors and delays.

-Enforce payment-before-fulfillment policy by verifying proof of payment received via Viber prior to processing any order.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents (e.g., SOs, delivery receipts, waybills) prior to release or dispatch.
• Resolve fulfillment issues such as stock discrepancies, documentation gaps, or delivery concerns through internal coordination, minimizing order rework and customer impact.
• Maintain updated fulfillment trackers and records to support reporting, audits, and performance monitoring.
