 Ensures the proper identity and address of the customer/s their corresponding area and the sales representative in charge of their account.
 Schedules daily and/or weekly follow-up of the Customer Information Sheets to the Sales Representatives.
 Confirms the Purchase Order (PO) to the customers.
 Coordinates follow-up in processing the payment of walk-in customers.
 Obtains clearance and authorization of AFD when a certain customer’s account is blocked either due to maximum unposted accounts, bounced checks, or over the credit limit.
 Encodes and files sales invoices and delivery receipts to their respective areas and the sales representative that covers such accounts.
 Records delivery receipts submitted/remitted by the sales representatives to their respective trucking inventory and informs the encoder supervisor, assistant manager, and/or manager if an inconsistency is detected.
 Assists Sales Representatives and Office Accounts to push for identified or priority products.
 Reviews and reports to Sales Representatives through Sales Manager status of accounts (account management).
 Ensures and provides quality service for both internal and external customers.
 Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the company’s client in certain areas.
 Confirms the availability, expiry, and price update of stocks from the warehouse manager, warehouse supervisor, or warehouse associate to maintain accurate and quality service.
 Facilitates the process of returning stock inventory from the sales representative’s trucking inventory to the warehouse inventory.
 Checks overdue and unposted transactions and report them to the encoder supervisor.
 Visits weekly in the warehouse to review and be familiarized with medicines.
 Familiarized with branded and generic medicines: medicine’s generic names, milligram, milliliter, manufacturer, price, the color of the packaging, tabs caps, and indications.
 Maintains the cleanliness of the computer units, peripherals, and communication devices that the company has provided for his/her use.
 Prepares customer’s service summary reports.

 Promotes the company’s exclusive and priority products.

  • Printing of Add stocks order by salesman.
  • Monitoring of CM, RTW, and RUD.
  • Checking of group chats as a basis for the salesman’s request to add stocks.
  • Preparing the add stock order from end-to-end transactions.
