KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALITY AND ON TIME PROJECT DELIVERY
Have an effective, collaborative, and proactive product design and delivery process that ensures at least 90% on time delivery.On time delivery of quality conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project line-up and to submit plans, design schemes and other requirements as pre-requisites for project uploading.
Provide Central Cost Planning all necessary plans and other requirements for cost estimate as scheduled
Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request
(Color Schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI / RFA)
To submit schematic drawings based on approved design concept
