Job Descriptions:
- Conducting site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges
- Preparing detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil engineering projects
- Overseeing the construction and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering, with work experience the hydro power or infrastructure industry
- Strong technical skills in structural analysis, foundation design, and construction management
- Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
