Sales Development Representative

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and make strategic decisions, strong organizational skills, proficient in conducting market research, understanding
competitive landscape and gathering intelligence on potential leads, ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and establish trust to facilitate communication, with a strong motivation and focus on achieving sales targets under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Gen – Research and ID prospects/outbound prospecting
- Lead Qualification – Assess fit using BANT
- Appointment Setting – coordinate meetings and demo’s
- Leads Mgmt – ensure SFDC leads are updated
- Performance Tracking – monitor conversion rates to make necessary adjustments
