Assist customers with product or service information, orders, and transactions
Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to supervisors as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support the preparation of reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Assist in improving customer service processes and standard operating procedures
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications/Requirements
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
