Manila - IT Project Managers / IT Delivery Managers / IT Business Analysts

About the role

Ascendion is seeking experienced IT Project Managers, IT Delivery Managers, and IT Business Analysts to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In these full-time roles, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex IT projects and initiatives that are critical to the growth and transformation of our business.

1. Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to completion
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
5. Lead project team meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
6. Implement and oversee project governance processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
7. Analyse business requirements and document functional and technical specifications
8. Facilitate workshops and elicit feedback from stakeholders to refine project requirements
9. Provide recommendations and solutions to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, IT delivery management, or IT business analysis
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
4. Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira)
5. Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
6. Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry is preferred
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
