Customer Service Representative

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer support by delivering accurate, timely, and relevant information
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through clear and effective communication
• Record customer concerns, issues, and resolutions accurately, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
• Take a proactive approach in assisting customers and consistently exceed service expectations
• Use internet-based platforms and MS Office tools to efficiently complete daily responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service orientation with solid problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Background knowledge of insurance products is a plus
