Leadman Operator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a team leader
- Monitors the team’s activity and ensure that all the deliverables are accomplished.
- Reports to the supervisor any discrepancy or site issues.
- Ensure that all assigned heavy equipment and accessories are complete, operational and in good working condition.
- Ensure the completeness and housekeeping of assigned tools and equipment.
- Operation of equipment such as tower light, flashing arrows, portable gen set etc.
- Perform incident response activities such as lane closure, lifting/retrieval works, vehicle/wreckage recovery, incident/accident clearing, carriageway obstruction removal, non-hazardous spillage clean-up, fire fighting etc.
- Perform routine maintenance activities such as toll plaza / carriageway / bridge / drainage cleaning, vegetation control (grass cutting, vines removal, tree trimming etc.), garbage collection, water refilling etc.
- Ensure that all work activities comply with the safety standard.
- Document and submit any required report during and after the shift. Ensure that all team activities are completely documented.
- Perform other instructions / directives as instructed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education- At least High school graduate
- With at least three (3) year's experience as a team leader.
- With exposure in heavy equipment operation either as an operator/ driver or rigger.
- Licenses
- With at least LTO Professional Driving License, Restriction code 1 – 8
- With TESDA Certification for Truck Mounted Crane Operation.
