DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, chats, or in actual (fieldwork).
- Perform regular fieldwork for those regular customers, new customers and active customers.
- Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction through posting in group chat, or personal call to the head or to directors.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services through posting in group chat, or personal call to head or directors.
