- Production Specialist – Milling / Bran Bagging
- Production Specialist – Flour Packing
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Specialist, you will:
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficient and continuous plant operations.
- Perform in-line process monitoring and equipment adjustments to achieve optimal production output.
- Ensure products consistently meet quality, food safety, and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related concerns to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors in accordance with the job description and competency requirements.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering field.✅ PRC License is an advantage.
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✅ At least 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Willing to work on a shifting schedule and render extended hours when necessary.
✅ Willing to be assigned at Km. 10, Sasa, Davao City.
Preferred Experience
For Production Specialist – Milling / Bran Bagging- Experience or exposure in milling, wheat cleaning, tempering, or bran bagging operations is an advantage.
- Experience or exposure in flour packing or flour production operations is an advantage.
