Sales Assistant – CCG Collectibles & Online Store

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support both our retail and online operations. You’ll play a key role in assisting customers, managing inventory, fulfilling online orders, and supporting live sales and events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with card purchases, product recommendations, and trade-ins
• Respond to customer inquiries via social media, website, and messaging platforms
• Process in-store and online transactions accurately
• Sort, grade, and input single cards into the inventory system
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care and attention to detail
• Support live selling sessions and events (in-store or online)
• Keep display areas, stockrooms, and packing stations organized and presentable
• Stay updated on new releases, product trends, and CCG metagames

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CCGs (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail (especially when handling valuable cards)
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and basic spreadsheets
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus, but not required

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience buying/selling cards online (e.g. TCGPlayer, Shopee, Facebook)
• Understand card grading and rarity distinctions
• Have participated in CCG tournaments or events
• Can assist in basic photography or listing management
