Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program
• Learn and contribute to various departments, including Operations, Supply chain, and Sales, and other relevant departments
• Assist in developing strategies to improve business operations.
• Gain exposure to leadership development and business management practices.
• Work closely with mentors and senior management to prepare for a leadership role within the organization.
• Apply learnings to drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Internship in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business administration is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about pursuing a career in logistics and management.
• Proficient in Mandarin Language or fluent in English
