Job Summary:

The Company Truck Helper assists the Truck Driver in the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. The role includes loading and unloading items, verifying delivery documents, coordinating with dispatchers and clients, and ensuring safe handling of goods.

The helper plays a key role in maintaining delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction while supporting warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading items to and from delivery trucks.
Verify items and quantities during dispatch and delivery based on actual invoices.
Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates and concerns.
Ensure all returned documents (e.g., signed invoices) are submitted promptly and accurately.
Secure items to avoid damage during transit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Provide support to the driver during route navigation and delivery tasks.
Collaborate with admin and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate deliveries.
Handle returned items according to company procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Entry-level experience with 1–2 years as a Pahinante or delivery helper
Good communication skills; able to coordinate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates and concerns
Detail-oriented in verifying correct items and quantities during loading and unloading based on actual invoices
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items
Team player; works efficiently with both admin and warehouse teams
