Sales and marketing manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, including account executives and sales coordinators
• Identify new business opportunities in enterprise, corporate, and retail segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the company's products and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers in coordination with management
• Manage digital marketing, advertising, and brand awareness initiatives
• Expand customer base through strategic partnerships and corporate accounts
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and distributors
• Collaborate with Customer Service and technical teams for service improvements
• Analyze sales data and market performance to guide decision-making
• Recommend improvements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the telecom or ICT industry
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in on-ground and Digital marketing
