Senior Finance Analyst (CPA)

As an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will partner closely with Singapore Headquarters and Geographical Units (GUs) to support the execution of regional HR priorities and business initiatives. You will work with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams to implement talent strategies, drive organisational initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR programs across markets.
About the role
NCS Philippines' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst (CPA) to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's overall financial strategy and reporting objectives.
What you'll be doing- Perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support key business decisions
- Manage the month-end close process, including preparation of financial statements and related schedules
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to provide insightful recommendations to management
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial processes and improve efficiencies
- Mentor and develop more junior finance professionals within the team
- A qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 6+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Preferably from top audit companies eg - KPMG/SVG/Deloitte/PWC
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
