Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand forecasting and sales planning activities based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across warehouses
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams for replenishment planning and delivery scheduling
- Analyze sales movement, slow-moving items, aging inventory, and stock shortages
- Develop and improve forecasting models, planning processes, and inventory control systems
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams for monthly demand reviews and planning alignment
- Track supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, fill rate, and service level
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Prepare reports and planning analysis for management decision-making
- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse operations, and customer service teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Sales Operations
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
- Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or trading industry is an advantage
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
