ServiceNow Developer / Consultant (Junior to Senior)
About the Role
We are looking for ServiceNow Developers / Consultants to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior professionals with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, customize, and support ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure, customize, and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and integrations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, production releases, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices.
- At least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in implementation projects or production support environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, or IntegrationHub.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, Agent Workspace, or UI Builder.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and release management.
- Work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with experienced ServiceNow professionals in a supportive environment.
- Gain exposure to various ServiceNow modules and emerging platform capabilities.
